1. Product Use & Safety
Our art kits are designed for children ages 5 to 12. While our supplies are non-toxic and mostly washable, adult supervision is recommended, especially when using scissors or small parts. DoodleBox is not liable for damages to clothing, furniture, or carpets resulting from the use of our kits.
2. Subscriptions
By signing up for the DoodleBox Monthly or Annual Club, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. Cancellations must be made before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the next month's box.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, the DoodleBox jingle, game code, and blog posts—is the property of DoodleBox and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Returns & Refunds
We want you and your child to love every DoodleBox. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Subscription boxes are non-refundable once they have shipped, but you can cancel future boxes at any time.
